[:ja]私が20代の頃と今では、勤務中の服装も様変わりしたなぁ〜。
化粧品会社に勤務していた頃は、女子はスカートとハイヒールが基本。
パンツを履いて行って大目玉を食らったが、そんな職場でも、クリエイティブな仕事をする制作室だけは、男女ともに、自由な服装が許されていた。
かと言って、Tシャツと短パンなんてことはなく、男性はジャケットとパンツでノーネクタイ、今のクールビズくらいの感じかな？
一人いた女性のデザイナーは、最初の頃は、セーターとデニムなんて服装だったけれど、仕事を任されるようになって社外の人との折衝も増えて、キャリア風ファッションに変わっていったが、デザイナーだけあって、皆とはちょっと違う感じで、とってもオシャレだった。
これは、当時の社長の考えだが、クリエイティブな仕事をするには、服装も自由であるべきということだったようだ。デザイナーは、デザイナーらしくっていうのかな？
でも、そこはやはり「会社」なので、ちょうど良い加減の外し方だったんだと思う。
事務職だった私は、ワンピースとか、ブラウスやセットアップのニットにスカート。他の女子社員もほぼそんな感じ。スーツは着ていなかったね。
女性の部課長は、ビシッとスーツを着ていて格好良かった。
当時から、私にとっては、身近な人がファッションのお手本だったなぁ。
最近は、パンツの女性が増えたなぁと思う。大阪だけ？東京の丸の内は違うかな？
仕事で、以前、勤めていた化粧品会社に行く機会があったのだが、デニムのパンツを履いた女性もいたりして、いや、変わったなぁと、びっくり！
電車に乗っていると、み〜んなパンツなの？と思うほどパンツをはいた女性が多いが、週末の電車では、結構、スカートが多いことに気づいた！
これが、オン（仕事中）とオフ（休日）ってことなのかな？
私は、仕事の時は基本的にスカート、週末は行く所にもよるがパンツ（デニム）が多いから、みんなとは逆なのかな？あ、これ、年齢のせいか？？笑
だいたい、仕事に着られるようなパンツを1枚も持っていないからだが、最近、掘り出し物のパンツ（メーカー希望小売価格165,000円が7,850円（なんと95％OFF））を入手したので、これなら仕事にもOKかな。
先日、つくづく、職場の服装は大事だなと思った出来事。
とある女性社長、若いとはいえ、私が見かけるときは、いつもセーターとデニム。
えっ、それって、普段着？？？
私が見かける時にたまたまなのか？いつもなのか？
お堅い会社の人と会うときは、違うのかしら？？？
業界や職種によるし、普段着が全く仕事に不向きとは言わないが、いや、役職から考えても、それ、ちょっと〜〜と感じる。あえての選択だろうか？
しかし、そう感じさせた時点でNGではないかしら？と、私などは思ってしまう。
身だしなみと、おしゃれは、異なるもの。
最近は、オフィスでの行き過ぎたカジュアルダウン傾向のために、服装規定を設ける会社も増えているのだとか。
私は、服装規定（ドレスコード）は、あったほうがいいと思う。
男性がスーツなのに、お茶を淹れてくれる女性がジーンズとセーターなんてシーンは、正直、居心地が悪い。
オフィスで素敵だなと思うパンツスタイルもあるが、私は、パンツスタイルは、ちょっと間違うとカジュアルダウンしすぎな感じがしてしまうのだけど、どうですか？
それと、パンツは、デザインによっては、スカートよりもヒップや太もものラインがはっきりわかるので、太ももコンプレックスの私は、敬遠してしまうのかもね。

Recently I think that more women wear pants.
I had the opportunity to go to a cosmetic company I worked in before, but there were ladies who wore denim pants, no, I was surprised!
Many women wear pants to think that they are “everyone’s pants” when riding a train, but I noticed that there are many skirts on weekends.
Is this supposed to be on and off?
When I work, basically it is a skirt, depending on where the weekend goes but there are many pants (denim) so is it the opposite of everyone? Oh, this is because of my age?
Mostly, I do not have any pants to wear to work, but recently I got the pants of a bargain, so if this is OK for work as well.

A certain woman president, she is young, I always look for sweaters and denim when I see.
